Frequently Asked Questions for Van der Roost: Sirius (Partituur) V7+ Four-inch TFT color display
What should I check if I need a receipt or invoice for my purchase?
Distinguish an order acknowledgment from proof that payment was completed. Ask when the requested document will become available.
What should I verify before marking a support request as resolved?
Confirm that any promised next step has occurred when applicable. Ask how to report a recurrence through the documented support process.
What should I check if an approved refund has not appeared yet?
Check the amount against the resolution you actually accepted. Do not treat a notification alone as proof of the final balance.
